1. Entertainment DisclaimerAll services, including spiritual life coaching, tarot readings, and psychic readings, are provided for entertainment purposes only. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions, choices, and interpretations based on the guidance provided.
2. Cancellations
Client-Initiated Cancellations:Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.No-Shows:If you miss a session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and considered completed.
Coach/Reader-Initiated Cancellations:In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, I will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time or you can request a refund for the selected session.
3. Rescheduling PolicyYou may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the original booking time.Rescheduling requests can be made via my booking link or by contacting me directly.Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session may result in the session being forfeited at my discretion.
4. Refund PolicyChange of Mind: Refunds are not available for change of mind once a service has been purchased.
Exceptional Circumstances:If you cannot complete your sessions due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), you may request a partial refund for unused sessions.Such requests will be reviewed case-by-case, and supporting documentation may be required.
Non-Attendance: Missed or forfeited sessions are non-refundable.
Service Quality Concerns: If you feel the service was not delivered as agreed, please reach out to me directly to discuss your concerns. I value your satisfaction and will work to address any issues.
5. Session ExpiryTo ensure consistency and progress, the following expiry terms apply:
Spiritual Life Coaching Plans: All sessions must be completed within 10 weeks of purchase.Single Readings (Tarot or Psychic): Must be used within 30 days of purchase.
